At lexawise.com, a real-estate web platform, I was responsible for the client-side application — owning UI implementation, state management, API integration and performance.

Key contributions:

  • Built reusable React components with Grommet UI and Styled Components, organising state and side-effects with hooks and clear data-flow patterns.
  • Integrated REST endpoints to render dynamic content (listings, filters, agent profiles) and handled error and loading states for a smooth user experience.
  • Implemented SEO best practices: semantic markup, descriptive meta tags, search-friendly URLs and structured content — improving discoverability and organic traffic.
  • Profiled and resolved performance bottlenecks across rendering and network calls, improving perceived speed on mobile devices.
  • Carried out systematic debugging and triage, improving the overall reliability and maintainability of the codebase.

The work delivered a faster, more discoverable platform with a measurably more reliable UX.
